Conners 4 (Conners, 2023): The gold-standard multi-informant ADHD rating scale for ages 6–18. Includes Content Scales (Inattention/Executive Dysfunction, Hyperactivity, Impulsivity, Emotional Dysregulation, Depressed Mood, Anxious Thoughts), DSM Symptom Scales (ADHD Inattentive, Hyperactive-Impulsive, Total ADHD, CD, ODD), ADHD Index screener, and Impairment ratings (Schoolwork, Peer Interactions, Family Life). All scores are T-scores: mean = 50, SD = 10. Higher T = more symptomatic. Enter data for as many raters as available — multi-rater comparison is a key clinical feature.
