Process-Oriented Assessment (Ages 3–16) β€” The NEPSY-II evaluates 6 neuropsychological domains: Attention & Executive Functioning, Language, Memory & Learning, Sensorimotor, Social Perception, and Visuospatial Processing. Administer only the subtests relevant to the referral question β€” all entries are optional. Domain-level results use percentile rank classifications (Above Expected, At Expected, Borderline, Below Expected) rather than standard scores.
