Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. Cancel at any time from your account settings or via the Stripe billing portal. You keep access until the end of your paid period — no partial refunds, no hassle.
What happens when I use up my monthly reports?

Your report count resets on the 1st of each month. If you're regularly hitting the limit, upgrade to the next tier — you'll pay less per report and never get blocked mid-month.

Do students' names or records get stored?

No. Sped.AI is designed privacy-first — psychologists enter assessment scores, and Sped.AI generates narratives from those scores. Reports use only Student Initials and Date of Birth; student grade and other PII are not required or stored. Reports are tied to your account only and never shared. This means no BAA complexity and no FERPA headaches for district IT.
